RE-BID FOR PROPERTY at Lower Ground, M-68, Greater Kailash 1, New Delhi

• The above mentioned property is being put up for re-bidding with certain updated terms and conditions mentioned below.
• Accordingly, any previous bids received against the said property are discarded.
• Last date for submitting fresh offers / bids is: 27/04/2023 for GK1.

Updated Terms & Conditions

1. Short listed / selected bidder/buyer has to pay a token amount equivalent to 10% of the Final Payable Price within one week of getting confirmation from RInfra ("Company") in writing.
2. Stamp duty, Registration fee, Transfer charges and any other applicable charges/taxes for execution and registration of sale deed and transfer of flat is to be borne by the buyer.
3. The property at Lower Ground, M-68, Block M at Greater Kailash Part I, New Delhi - 110048 currently does not have any water, sewerage or electricity & gas connection due to being in the Lower Ground / Basement.
4. The feasibility or approval for installation of Water, Sewerage, Electricity, Gas or any other utility Connection will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer at their own time, cost & efforts.
5. Bidders should inspect the property and all property related documents and make their own assessment of all issues.
6. An employee can submit only one bid for any particular property / unit.
7. Company reserves the right to negotiate with the top three bidders to secure the best price ("Accepted Price ").
8. Company reserves the right to cancel the bid at its discretion any time during the bidding process till acceptance of letter of award ("LOA") by the buyer.
